Broadstack Pty Ltd Cookie Notice

1. WHY THIS NOTICE EXISTS

Clause 14.3 of the Terms of Service points here. This notice lists what our website records about a visit, and what we keep in your browser.

The Privacy Policy at https://broadstack.com.au/p/rxnet/l/privacy covers everything else.

2. WHAT WE RECORD WHEN YOU VISIT

We do not collect personal information purely from your visit to broadstack.com.au.

Our web server, and the content delivery network that serves the site, record:

(a) the network address the request came from;

(b) the browser and operating system that made it;

(c) the date and time;

(d) the page requested, and the page you came from;

(e) the response our server returned; and

(f) how long the page took to load.

Nothing else.

We use these records to keep the site running, to find a page that is slow or broken, and to see which pages people read.

3. WHAT WE KEEP IN YOUR BROWSER

3.1 The website at broadstack.com.au

Our website keeps nothing in your browser.

3.2 The contact form

Our contact form runs in a frame served from forms.brdstk.net, which we operate. Inside that frame it keeps:

What it is Where What it is for How long it lasts
A form session token Session storage Identifies your form session, so a partly completed form survives a page refresh Until you close the browser tab

3.3 The rxnet web interface

What it is Where What it is for How long it lasts
sidebar_state Cookie, path / Records whether you left the navigation sidebar open or closed 7 days from the last time you changed it
Your signed-in session token Local storage Keeps you signed in, so a page refresh does not sign you out Until you sign out, or the token expires

Nothing else. The rxnet web interface loads no third party script, and serves its typefaces from its own origin.

4. MEASUREMENT

The content delivery network adds a measurement script to each page it serves. The script reports the items in clause 2. It keeps nothing in your browser, which is why it is not in clause 3.

We read the script our own site serves on 16 September 2026 to confirm that.

5. TURNING THEM OFF

(a) Your browser's settings show you what a site keeps, let you delete it, and let you refuse more. We show no cookie banner, because we keep nothing optional.

(b) Refusing storage for the rxnet web interface signs you out on every page load, and you cannot use it.

(c) Refusing the sidebar_state cookie means the sidebar opens in its usual position each time.

(d) Refusing session storage on forms.brdstk.net means a partly completed form is lost if the page reloads.

(e) A content blocker stops the measurement script in clause 4. The site works the same way.

6. KEEPING THIS NOTICE CORRECT

Every item above was read from the software that sets it, or from the asset our site serves, on 16 September 2026. We check it again when we release a change to the web interface, and when we change a setting at the content delivery network.

The current version is published at https://broadstack.com.au/p/rxnet/l/cookies. The header table states the version and the date it took effect. We review this notice at least every 12 months.
